Managing a Stage Boundary - complet

Purpose:

The purpose of this process is to ensure the Project Board are provided with good information, on which to make a good decision about the project viability. If the process is being undertaken to produce an Exception Plan, it has the same purpose but will need to consider the exception information based on the Exception Report rather than end stage information.
