David Roberts MBA, BSC. Sheila Roberts DipIHSM, DMS | Sheila Roberts is Director of CUPE Limited, a Change and Project Management Services company. Previously she has 20 years’ experience in the NHS, in both clinical and managerial positions. From February 1996 until 2000 Sheila was Deputy General Manager at University Hospital of Wales NHS Trust. Previously Sheila worked in Contracting Policy at the National Assembly for Wales. She also held positions in Contract Management at HA level and OD and Training at Trust level. She had a number of clinical positions in Medicine, Paediatrics & finally Chief Nurse in Intensive Therapy Unit. Sheila has developed practical capability as well as knowledge in Project Management. She is an Approved trainer and ex-Examiner with the APM Group. Sheila remains involved with APMG as an examination quality reviewer. She is also a member of the Change Control Panel for PRINCE2 2009. Sheila has trained from early in her career, introducing clinical training into Intensive Care in 1991. Since then she had built on this interest and is now the Director of Training for CUPE Limited and she is responsible for the development and quality of delivery of CUPE courses, which are either internationally accredited or created bespoke for clients Sheila contributed to the OPM3 maturity model for PMI. She was also the first approved P3O trainer.

Toni Johnson BA. (Hons) | Toni has over 30 years of experience of working for the Private sector, Civil Service and Local Authorities. Toni is a versatile and enthusiastic professional who is quickly able to understand the key issues and culture of an organisation and integrate this into her work. She has provided advice, guidance and coaching to staff across public and private sector organisations and has successfully utilised the PRINCE 2 methodology to Project Manage complex projects. John Vivian PMP CEng CITP MIEE MBCS MAPM | John is a project/programme manager with over 30 years’ experience in managing high technology, time-critical projects. He has worked with clients and partners at all levels including national, federal and local politicians and government officials. John is particularly skilled at managing the development, introduction and implementation of new technology. Past projects have included high-speed computers systems, real-time electronic systems, computer networks and the Internet, satellite imaging and positioning systems and geographic information systems. Currently he spends most of his time consulting and training project and programme managers. |
Renata Proková | She graduated from Comenius University in Bratislava. She worked as a translator and interpreter at the Institute of Educational Information and later as editor of the monthly technical. After 1989, the focus for international PHARE projects and projects supported by the Structural Funds. As project manager prepares, implements and evaluates projects. It also prepares and implements training on project cycle, including internationally recognized PRINCE2 and PCM. She is a certified PRINCE2 Foundation and authorized supervision (invigilator) of PRINCE2 certification exam. In addition, continue to work as a translator and interpreter in English, German and Russian languages. He has experience in managing companies and excellent communication and leadership skills. |
doc. Ing. Petr Všetečka, PhD. | He graduated from the Military-Technical College, worked in the defense sector, the Military Academy and the Ministry of Defence of the Slovak Republic. It is the main author of the university textbook Project Management. It experienced trainers with pedagogical practice since 1990. Since 2007 it operates. Is partner of Project Management (SPPR) and founder of the website www.projektoveriadenie.sk. Currently the director, fiduciary management quality and project managers to partner company GARANT PARTNER PLUS, p. r. about. He holds international certificates IPMA, PRINCE2 and Eco-C.
